It’s that magical time of year again when we all prepare for the Spring release! Here are some highlights…
Flow
- Orchestrator is here! But it does require an additional fee
- Auto Layout is GA AND you can open subflows directly in the canvas!
- Convert Record Collections directly to choices
- Elements in loops can connect to items outside of the loop – I can’t wait to play with this one to see if we can FINALLY break loops at will!
- Pilot for custom screen components able to react to other components on the same screen
- Some standard screen components were rebuilt with LWC framework (so they’ll work better)
- Beta release of the migration tool for WFR to Flow
Service
- Incident Management including slick things like SLAs, paths to resolutions, and all those other things SaaS companies like to manage customer relations
- Default no-reply for case email notifications
Platform
- Backup and Restore in case you don’t already have a backup tool
Apex
- Lightning Web Components Mobile Enhancements to leverage native device functionality
Sales
- Filter forecasts by Opportunity Record Type
